St. Louis Pickup Truck Accident Claims Two Lives
It is so easy to lose control of a vehicle while you’re driving, and that was precisely the cause of an accident in St. Louis recently. A pickup truck that was traveling along Goodfellow Boulevard lost control after crossing the railroad tracks, according to an article on the St. Louis Post-Dispatch website.
The pickup truck hit several parked cars before it overturned near West Florissant Avenue in North St. Louis. There were two victims, but police had not released any personal details about them at the time of the article. Both of them died at the scene of the crash.
Fortunately, no one else was hurt in this accident, and it’s difficult to say at this point what caused the driver of the pickup to lose control. It’s possible that speed was a factor, or that distracted driving came into play. Regardless of the reason, this accident could have been avoided. Authorities are working to put together the missing pieces to discover what happened.
