Worker Dies from Injuries Suffered in a Fall at the Alton ConAgra Plant
The St. Louis Post Dispatch has reported that a worker at the ConAgra plant in Alton, Missouri has died from injuries suffered at the plant after falling from a lift that was moving between floors.
The company is conducting an internal investigation and OSHA will also be looking into the incident. OSHA has six months to begin the investigation so it is not known how quickly they will be able to conclude.
