More St. Louis motorcycle riders are taking to the roadways now that warm weather has arrived. • An East St. Louis man and his 11-year-old daughter both died when their motorcycle ran head-on into a rental car driven by an 18-year-old unlicensed driver at what is known as “Dead Man’s Curve.” Neither he nor his daughter was wearing a helmet.
