Multi-Vehicle Crash Leads to Injuries at St. Louis Airport
Driver inattentiveness is to blame for many of the accidents that take place on the roadways in St. Louis, and one recent accident at Lambert Airport was no exception.
According to an article on the Fox2Now website, the crash occurred because the driver of a 2014 Chevy Impala hit the rear section of another vehicle before veering off the right side of the road and hitting two different guardrails. Another driver attempted to avoid the crash scene, and ended up hitting a Peterbilt Conventional. The Peterbilt overturned as a result of the collision, and the driver was taken to the hospital for serious injuries.
The drivers and passengers in the other vehicles were treated for minor injuries. It was quite fortunate that no one died as a result of this accident. Even so, the injuries that were sustained are enough to consider filing a case against the driver who caused the accident.
