A St. Louis man who hit two children, injuring one and killing another, has been taken into custody by St. Louis police. The man left the scene of the accident in Pagedale Friday October 5th and he was charged Sunday October 7 according to the St. Louis Dispatch article reporting on the incident. The man charged has had tickets in the past for driving under the influence but there has been no information yet on whether alcohol played a role in this most recent incident.

The mother of the two boys is obviously heartbroken but valiantly does not want to surrender to anger toward the man who was responsible for the accident.
