Pickup Truck Crashes into Metro Bus in St. Louis
It’s rare when buses are involved in accidents in the St. Louis area. However, it does happen. A recent accident occurred in Ferguson, outside of St. Louis that involved a pickup truck and a metro bus.
According to an article on the KMOV website, the crash happened at 12:30 in the morning. The driver of the pickup truck was a 27-year-old man, and he crashed into the rear of the bus. It appears that the bus was stopped at a red light at the time of the accident.
The wreck was very severe, and there was an extensive amount of damage done to the pickup truck. The driver was taken to a nearby hospital, but he later died of his injuries. The bus driver suffered minor injuries.
The investigation is still ongoing, and there has been no word as to what caused the accident to occur.
