Dump Truck Stolen and Crashed in St. Louis

The thief managed to get into the truck and drive it through a locked gate as he fled the scene. Six hours after the vehicle was stolen, the driver crashed it into the back of a tractor trailer in downtown St. Louis. He tried to flee the scene of the crash, but police were able to catch and arrest him.
