One Person Dead Following Tractor Trailer Crash in St. Louis
One person is dead following a crash involving two tractor- trailers on I-70 in St. Louis, according to an article on the St. Louis Post-Dispatch website.
The driver of the car was headed west on the highway, and officials believe the driver lost control of the car. The car ended up stopped on the interstate in a sideways position. Before the driver could regain control of the car, or at least move the car off to the shoulder, it was hit by a tractor-trailer. The driver of the truck kept on going, at which point a second tractor-trailer hit the car and went into a ditch.
Police are still investigating the incident, and they are looking for the driver of the truck that left the scene of this fatal accident.
