Teen Killed in Car Accident on I-55

May Accident Claims the Life of Arnold Teen
Friday evening, May 5th, 19-year-old Arnold teen Devyn Rogers was driving a 2011 Chevrolet Colorado north on I-55, just north of Highway 141 in Arnold. At around 7:55 p.m. he veered from the left-hand lane, driving across all five lanes of northbound I-55. He then proceeded off the side of the road, and down the embankment.
His truck overturned and Rogers, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was thrown from the vehicle. According to Missouri State Highway Patrol reports, Rogers was transported by ambulance to St. Anthony’s Medical Center in south St. Louis County, where he was pronounced dead at 8:27 p.m.
